Orders that are unclaimed, have the receiver incorrectly or incompletely listed, have delivery refused, etc., may return to our warehouse.
An order may return to our warehouse if the carrier contacts the addressee and receives no response or resolution. Other reasons for this could be an unidentified receiver, an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed order, a delivery refusal, a failure to produce identity, etc. In some situations, there are returning expenses, which our staff makes clear prior to the return process. After deducting the shipping cost, the whole order amount will be returned.
If, within 15 days of receiving the order, you are unhappy with it and would want to return any item, please email our Customer Care Team at info@beautieszone.com to start the process. Be sure to include the following information: the order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. After reviewing your case, our customer care team will email you all of the steps. Except in cases where the things are incorrect, damaged, or defective, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items.
