Please be aware of our extreme accountability and dedication to our clients. Your order is under our control until it is delivered. We will either ship your order again or issue a refund if you don't receive it.

In the event that a delay renders your purchase unnecessary, we will reimburse the consumer in accordance with our return policy. If the consumer declines delivery of the order, we grant refund requests prior to the delivery attempt. We give the consumer a refund as soon as the return process begins.

When the maximum predicted delivery date is exceeded by regular mail and no delivery effort is made within the next two months (one month within the EU), we may consider the order lost and proceed with the refund.

NOTE:

We provide customers with the option of reshipping their order or receiving a full refund if the recipient of an untracked delivery is notified by the destination postal services business that the order is lost.
